At Healing Roots Medicine, we understand that navigating insurance can be challenging, so we want to make it clear that while we accept standard Moda insurance plans, we unfortunately do not accept Moda360 plans. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you in any way we can.
Before finalizing any plan selection through Explore Health or an independent broker, we strongly advise patients to double-check in-network status with both our administration team and your prospective insurance provider.

Key Carrier Exits & New State Exchange
Several notable structural changes will directly impact individual policyholders throughout Oregon starting January 2027:
01. Carrier Departures
Providence and PacificSource are officially withdrawing from the Oregon individual marketplace. If you currently hold individual policies with either carrier, you must transition to a new plan for 2027.
Additionally, Moda Health is ending individual plan offerings across multiple counties, including Deschutes County.
02. Explore Health Launch
Oregon is transitioning to its own state-based platform, Explore Health. All individual marketplace enrollments, plan comparisons, and financial assistance applications will operate through this new portal.
Early registration and plan comparison will help you evaluate doctor networks and prescription formularies ahead of time.
