Root-Cause Primary Care Medicine

At Healing Roots Medicine, we recognize the importance of a patient-centered medical experience. This inspires us to create strong and long-lasting bonds with each of our patients by providing unrushed care and listening to our patient's needs. It is rare to find a medical practice that can bill insurance and also practice root-cause medicine, because looking for root-causes may take more time than simply giving someone a prescription to suppress their symptoms.

Therefore, our model works best when patients are committed to at least 3-4 visits, sometimes more, in which we dive deeply into 1-2 topics at each visit. 

Each appointment with us is typically 40 minutes for 1st appointment then 30 minutes for established patients. Telehealth appointments are shorter (20-25min).  This gives us the ability to truly understand and care for our patients while giving them the attention and very thorough work-up they deserve.

We take a holistic, integrative & functional approach to many common health concerns; our providers are trained and very experienced in traditional conventional medicine and will may utilize prescriptions and advanced imaging when needed.
