Level 4 Semaglutide/B12 5-0.5mg/ml (2.5ml vial) (Empower)

All orders will be verified by medical providers for accuracy and appropriateness before being shipped out by Empower.  If not appropriate, we will contact you to clarify and refund order if needed.  Orders are now being delivered to patient addresses directly.   
 
We require visits every 3-4 months while on GLP-1 therapy.  Please schedule an appointment if you are due.  If you are just starting GLP-1 medications with us please schedule an in person appointment once your medication arrives so we can review how to give yourself your medication and how to get started.
 
Level 3 & 4 Semaglutide is 5X more concentrated compared to Level 1 & 2 Vials!
 
Typical dose regiment's include;
30 units per week corresponds to 1.5mg of Semaglutide component per week. (8 doses/Vial)
40 units per week corresponds to 2.0mg of Semaglutide component per week. (6 doses/Vial)
50 units per week corresponds to 2.5mg of Semaglutide component per week. (5 doses/Vial)
