Level 2 Tirzepatide/Niacinamide 17-2mg/ml (2ml vial) (Empower)

Niacinamide is a form of Vitamin B3.
 
We require visits every 3-4 months while on GLP-1 therapy.  Please schedule an appointment if you are due.
 
Typical dose regiment's include;
30 units per week corresponds to 5mg of Tirzepatide component per week. (7 doses/Vial)
45 units per week corresponds to 7.5mg of Tirzepatide component per week. (4 doses/Vial)
