We are offering a medically-supervised educational class + support group co-led by guest mental health therapists and Havilah Brodhead, FNP. We will cover conventional + alternative treatments for depression, anxiety, insomnia and create community with other mothers.

What is a medically-supervised class? This means the group is led by a medical provider & a mental health therapist who are trained in the topics to be discussed. We will also provide light snacks and time to socialize and connect with other parents/caregivers through group sharing. This group is available to anyone caring for children or expecting children or raising children.
We will cover the following:
Depression
Anxiety
Panic attacks
Tickets
Purchase 4 Week Class
Price includes refreshments + four 1.5 hour classes at 25.00 per class. If your insurance plan covers cost of classes, you will be reimbursed for total paid.
