Together, we will create a warm and nurturing sanctuary where healing unfolds through connection, ritual, and embodied care.

A Mother’s Day-inspired ritual honoring Mother Earth, loss, grief, spirit, sacred motherhood, and life’s transitions
A remembrance altar and candle ceremony to honor and hold those we have lost as well as the past versions of ourselves
Gentle yoga flow to reconnect with your body
